SOLSTICE equips higher education researchers and leaders - especially those managing diverse teams - with the knowledge, skills, and self‑efficacy to effectively prevent, manage,

and resolve interpersonal conflict.

Grounded in Solution‑Focused Approaches (SFA), the program translates evidence‑informed principles into practical competencies that reduce the negative effects of conflict on team dynamics and performance.

Participants will learn to apply SFA techniques strategically, strengthening team cohesion, preserving psychological safety, and sustaining productivity across research and administrative contexts.
